What is Hub
iD Lite?
Hub iD Lite is a set of
unique user ID and password that can be used to access StarHub Online portal and
many more services in future.
2.
Who should
sign up for Hub iD Lite?
If you are our pre-paid
customer or do not have a StarHub service.
If you already have a
StarHub service, you can register for a Hub iD to access StarHub Rewards, My Account Manager, StarHub Online portal and
more.
3.
How many Hub
iD Lite can I have?
You can have one unique Hub
iD Lite registered under your NRIC/FIN.
4.
Why must I
activate my Hub iD Lite through e-mail?
This step is required so
that we are able to verify that the e-mail address you have provided is a valid
one. If you forgot your password, the new password will also be sent to this
e-mail address.
5.
What if I
do not receive the Hub iD Lite e-mail notifications?
Please check that your
e-mail address is correct. This could also be due to your e-mail system's
configuration to filter incoming e-mails. Please check your Junk E-Mail folder.
If the Hub iD Lite e-mail notifications are not in your Inbox or Junk E-Mail
folder, please send us an e-mail at customerservice@starhub.com, stating clearly your Hub iD Lite for our follow-up
action.

7. How do
I activate my Hub iD Lite through e-mail?
After you have successfully
completed the registration process, an acknowledgement will be e-mailed to you.
To activate your Hub iD Lite account, simply click onto the URL in the
acknowledgement e-mail.
After you have clicked on the URL, your web browser will show you a message
informing you that your Hub iD Lite has been activated.

How do I
retrieve my Hub iD Lite password if I have forgotten it?
You can click on Forget Password at StarHub Online portal. A system-generated password will be sent to the
e-mail address you used to register Hub iD Lite.
8.
Can I
change my Hub iD Lite password?
You can easily change your password
by logging on to your Hub iD Lite account and using the Change Password feature.
9.
What is
the benefit of associating my StarHub mobile number to my Hub iD Lite?
Associating your StarHub
Mobile Number means mapping your Gee! ID to your account. This will
subsequently allow you to charge to your postpaid bill.
10.
Why do I
need to enter a separate password to associate my StarHub mobile number to my
Hub iD Lite?
This is necessary to ensure that you are the actual owner of
the mobile number before your mobile number is mapped to your Hub iD Lite.

What happens
if I change my password for my StarHub mobile number after I have created my
Hub iD Lite?
There will not be any impact to your Hub iD Lite access or
your mobile number mapping.
12.
What
happens to my StarHub mobile service mapping to my Hub iD Lite if I terminate
my StarHub mobile number or if I have taken up a new StarHub mobile number?
Once you have terminated your associated service(s), your Hub
iD Lite account will be automatically updated to remove its association. To
associate the new mobile number you have recently taken up, you can log on to
the Hub iD Lite
Account Management page and make the change.
13.
I have
updated my FIN to NRIC recently. What do I need to do now?
To update your NRIC on our records, please provide us with a
photocopy of your new NRIC (both sides) and fax it to (65) 6725 1603.
Alternatively, you may email the scanned copy to customerservice@starhub.com, stating
clearly your request and Hub iD Lite for our follow-up action.
14. I
saw in my Hub iD Lite Update Profile that my NRIC was updated wrongly. What
must I do?

clearly your request and Hub iD Lite for our follow-up action.
